Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders over $150 (discount is immediately applied).

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via UPS after being processed, depending on how far you are located.

*Papillon is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with UPS.
